Vestry (which includes both Wardens) is the Governance Body of the parish. it meets monthly, generally on the 4th Thursday of the month.

Synod is the Governing Body of the Diocese. It meets once a year, generally in October. Parishes are represented by a lay person; licenced clergy are also part of Synod.
